The Story Behind Nested
Nested grew out of two very different seasons of life happening at the same time. After years running a property management company and overseeing remodels — coordinating vendors, managing timelines, caring for properties and the people in them — Samantha found herself wanting to bring that same level of attention to homeowners who simply needed a trusted person in their corner.
Around the same time, she was navigating her own senior year of parenting: planning to send her child out of state to college and realizing just how many needs go unmet when you can't be there in person. Nested is the answer to both.
With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, home management, and property care, Samantha has built a trusted vendor network across Austin and the Lake Travis area. A proud UT Austin graduate herself, with a daughter who plans to attend, she is navigating the exact same process as the families she serves — bringing both professional expertise and genuine firsthand insight to every client.
