We're an Austin-based concierge service specializing in college move-ins for UT Austin students. We receive your packages before move-in day, text you when each one arrives, store everything securely, and deliver and set up your student's room on move-in day — so your family can skip the chaos and walk into a finished space.

Nested Receive (starting at $750) — package receiving, secure storage, and delivery on move-in day. Up to 15 packages.

Nested Settle (starting at $1,250) — everything in Receive, plus trash haul and basic room organization & setup. Waitlist open for Fall 2026.

Nested Style (starting at $2,500) — our full-service package. Includes everything in Settle plus photos and inventory of all items received, virtual design consultation, full unpacking, bed setup, closet and kitchen organization, a custom decor plan, styling, and a final walkthrough for parents. Your student walks into a photo-ready room. Up to 20 packages.

Once your contract is signed and deposit is paid, we'll send you our Austin receiving address and onboarding instructions. Before shipping anything, complete our Shipment Submission form so we know exactly what's coming. Include your name and your student's name on every label.

Nested Receive includes up to 15 packages. Nested Settle includes up to 20. If you need to send more, reach out and we'll work with you — we're flexible and want to make sure everything arrives safely.

Yes — you'll get a text confirmation the moment each package arrives at our facility. No guessing, no tracking numbers to chase down.

We finalize move-in scheduling the week prior to your student's move-in date. We'll reach out with a confirmed time window so everyone knows exactly what to expect.

Absolutely. Most of our clients are out-of-state families who can't be in Austin to manage shipments and setup. We handle everything locally — you ship it, we receive it, and your student walks into a finished room on move-in day without you needing to fly in early.

Every move-in is different — dorm vs. apartment, number of packages, specific setup needs. Our starting prices reflect a typical scope, and we confirm your final price after reviewing your details. We follow up within 24 hours of your deposit to walk through everything.

A deposit holds your spot and your move-in date. We then reach out within 24 hours to confirm your scope and send a final invoice for the balance, due before move-in day. Deposits: $375 for Nested Receive, $625 for Nested Settle, $1,250 for Nested Style.

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal. You'll receive a payment link when your invoice is ready.

Our home concierge services cover vendor coordination, repairs and maintenance oversight, home organizing, seasonal projects, and ongoing home management. We act as your local point of contact so your home is always taken care of — whether you're busy, traveling, or just need an extra set of trusted hands.
